Hi everyone,
previously, I showed some Dosiraks containing Bulgogi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgogi), which is marinated beef. Sometimes I marinate chicken, turkey or beef Bulgogi-style, too.
So first, buy some beef (for 4 people: 600 g), chop one big onion and 4 cloves of garlic. To make the beef really tender, also chop one Kiwi (yeah, that's right!):

Hi Dosirak-Lovers,
Here today's Dosirak:
There are purple carrot flowers on a bed of beans, flavored with 고추장 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gochujang). This was a really speedy one, for I didn't have much time yesterday evening (for both Dosiraks, it took me 15 minutes tops). There is also some surimi, tomatoes, kohlrabi and blueberries. And, of course, some rice with 깨소금, that's roasted sesame, crushed.
Hope you liked that speedy one!

Korean - Japanese Style Curry (Dosirak No. 6)
Hi 도시락lovers,
last night's dinner was curry, so here today's leftover Dosirak:
Now here is my recipe for Korean - Japanese style curry:
Cut 5 carrots and 5 potatoes (for 4 meals) in tiny pieces and put them in a pot. Fill it with water so that the veggies are well covered. Add one pressed clove of garlic.

How to ... Baby meatballs, heart-shaped Kimbap and carrot-flowers (Dosirak No. 5)
Hi 도시락lovers,
here another Dosirak:
This one has heart-shaped Kimbaps made of wild rice, filled with sesame leaves and carrots, carrot-flowers, salmon-wasabi-rolls, baby meatballs filled with baby peas, a tomato, Korean style spinach and raspberries for dessert.
This one has heart-shaped Kimbaps, flower-carrots, baby-meatballs also filled with baby-peas, kohlrabi (under the carrots) and raspberries, grapes and strawberries for dessert.
So how do you make heart-shaped Kimbap? It's pretty easy, but first you should get a little helper like this:
Speedy Kimchi-Mandu soup with mushrooms (Soup No. 1)
Hi everyone,
like any (half) Korean, I love soup. And sometimes there isn't much time to cook, like, in the morning for breakfast, while making my Dosirak or before heading out to do stuff. So I love speedy soups, like this one:
I always have some Kimchi-Mandu (Korean dumplings or "wan-tans" filled with Kimchi, you can get that in the Asian supermarket) and mushrooms like Shiitake or Enoki ( 팽이버섯) in the freezer (also from the Asian supermarket). I just put everything in the pot with some broth powder and a fresh carrot and add some sesame sprinkles on top in the end. Delicious and it only takes 6 minutes!

Hi 도시락lovers,
here a 도시락 with cute purple-orange flowers, spicy turkey and beans.
The flowers are the same as in Dosirak No. 1, with the difference that I used purple carrots instead of regular ones (they sometimes have it @the supermarket here). They are on a bed of wild rice.
