Hi everyone,

here is yesterday's Dosirak - very speedy, less than 10 minutes, for there were Kimbap leftovers, yeay! :)

Korean - Japanese Style Curry (Dosirak No. 6)

on Friday, August 5, 2011
Hi 도시락lovers,

last night's dinner was curry, so here today's leftover Dosirak:
Now here is my recipe for Korean - Japanese style curry:
Cut 5 carrots and 5 potatoes (for 4 meals) in tiny pieces and put them in a pot. Fill it with water so that the veggies are well covered. Add one pressed clove of garlic.

How to ... egg-rolls, and Dosirak No. 3

Hi 도시락lovers,

so here a 도시락 with the Korean pancakes leftovers.
I also added some egg-rolls with a seaweed sheet ( Korean Kim or Japanese Nori is fine). So how to make them? Pretty easy: You squirl two eggs with some salt and pepper. You put them in a pan and the Kim on top, like this:

Speedy 도시락 (Dosirak No. 2)

Hi 도시락lovers,

here is another 도시락 set, with leftovers from preparing the other one (see post below). This is a great way to speed things up (which means one box in less then 10 minutes) and still have a pretty and yummy lunch.
Enjoy!

(Leftover Kimbaps and leftover avocado, leftover salmon with flower-carrots and cauliflower and leftover cherries.)
(Rice balls with sesame seeds, seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce, wrapped in leftover sesame leaves. Leftover salmon with same veggies as in the upper pic.)
