Hi Dosirak-lovers,

So actually with the help of my previous posts you already know how to make these (just click on the tag "how to" or "recipe").
The first one is simple Avocado and Egg Kimbaps with turkey Bulgogi, peas and carrot-flowers.

How to ... Bulgogi (불고기)

Hi everyone,

previously, I showed some Dosiraks containing Bulgogi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgogi), which is marinated beef. Sometimes I marinate chicken, turkey or beef Bulgogi-style, too.

So first, buy some beef (for 4 people: 600 g), chop one big onion and 4 cloves of garlic. To make the beef really tender, also chop one Kiwi (yeah, that's right!):
