Some days ago I came home after work and ballet class and just wasn't in the mood to spend my time cooking. So I opted for Soba noodles (소바), made of buckwheat (메밀).
I simply boiled some water and washed one big Pok Choi plant (청경채), which I cut before.
Then I put the noodles and the cut plant in the boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes and drained them. I seasoned everything with soy and fish sauce and put some roasted seaweed sprinkles on top.
Healthy and yummy food in just 7 minutes :)
