How to ... Kimchi stew (Kimchi jjigae 김치찌개)

Hi everyone,

here my Kimchi stew ( recipe:

 First, cook some soup bone and pork belly for 15 to 20 minutes. Skim the brown foam on the surface.
 Remove the bones and put the broth and the pork into a traditional Korean pottery bowl. You can cook in those and you can get them online, for example at
 Chop some tofu and put them on top.
 Fill the bowl up to the top with sour Kimchi. Boil everything for another 10 to 15 minutes.
 In the very end, add some chopped green onion and roasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
